Work With Me

Prior to working together, all new clients must have read Seeking . . . Finding . . . Healing . . ., and should feel ready to commit to this fascinating, yet powerful healing path. During an initial discovery phone call, we will decide if we’re a good fit, and your readiness to delve into the deeper work. Only then will we schedule our first session, an Intake session, where I gather a comprehensive history.

Individual Sessions

In my individual work, I guide clients along their Foundation path where they identify, clarify and embrace the loving parental characteristics their younger selves need, deserve, and have yearned for. Along this path, I also help the client discover a “village” of inner spiritual resources that bring needed support to their healing path. Additionally, I guide them in acquiring an outer support team to further enrich and support their healing process.

The tools acquired on the Inner Family Healing path provide a style of living that opens the door for gracefully participating in the hardest dance in life . . . where we stay serenely connected to our spiritual truths, while remaining grounded in our humanness.

Group Sessions

Inner Family Healing Workshop

After some initial individual work, clients have the opportunity to sign up for an Inner Family Healing Workshop that is typically scheduled for once a year.

The 20-week group provides participants with a larger support team to learn and grow along with.

In the Workshop, the participants participate in writing exercises, visualizations, and share their personal experiences and insights
